Bookings for the Year 6 Open Morning Tours and Sixth Form Taster Sessions have not yet opened. To be notified when bookings are available in September, please complete the form below to register your interest, and we will contact you directly.

Open Event at our Beeches site for Years 7-11:
Saturday 4 October 2025, 9:30am to 12:30pm (no booking required)

Open Event at our Sixth Form Centre:
Saturday 4 October 2025, 10:30am to 1:30pm (no booking required)

Year 6 Open Morning Tours:
Monday 6 to Friday 10 October 2025, 8:45am to 11:00am (booking essential)

Sixth Form Taster Sessions:
Monday 13 to Friday 17 October 2025 (booking essential)

Whole School Open Event: Saturday 4 October 2025

Our next interactive whole school Open Event at both our Beeches site and our Sixth Form site will take place on Saturday 4 October 2025.

This popular event provides visitors with the chance to explore every aspect of life at Beacon Academy and discover what we can offer your child to ensure they make the best progress possible within our supportive, challenging and stimulating environment.

At our Beeches site for Years 7 - 11, visitors are invited to explore our facilities, try lots of fun activities and meet students, departmental staff, and our Senior Team. Visitors will have the opportunity to attend a presentation in Beeches Main Hall led by our Headteacher, Keith Slattery, and other key members of staff involved in supporting children making the transition from primary to secondary school. Prospective students in Years 5 and 6 and their families are encouraged to attend.

At our dedicated Sixth Form Centre on Green Lane, we invite prospective Sixth Form students and their parents or carers to meet and talk with enthusiastic subject leaders and members of the Sixth Form team about the excellent range of courses and opportunities we offer post-16. Visitors are able to explore our facilities, attend talks in the Main Hall and student-led presentations and discover how we can help you to combine your skills and interests into the package that is right for you. Prospective Year 10 and 11 students and their parents and carers are encouraged to attend this event.

Booking is not required for our whole school Open Event.
