Inspiring Futures: Beacon Academy Careers Fair

Beacon Academy was buzzing with energy today as our Year 8 and Year 10 students took part in our busiest Careers Fair to date! With more exhibitors than ever before, the event was a fantastic opportunity for students to explore a wide range of career pathways and educational options.

Twenty four exhibitors from diverse sectors — including law, finance, marketing, music composition, pharmaceuticals, local government, conservation, gas analysis, and environmental services — visited the school to share insights into their professions. Students also had the chance to speak with representatives from several local colleges about the courses and qualifications they offer.

Ms Richardson, Head of Personal Development, said:

“It was a real privilege to welcome such a broad and inspiring group of professionals and providers to this year’s Careers Fair. Our Year 8 and Year 10 students asked thoughtful questions, engaged enthusiastically, and left the event with new ideas and aspirations. The positive energy and curiosity they showed was truly impressive. We’re incredibly grateful to all the exhibitors for giving up their time to make this our most successful fair yet.”
